In the end, we all have a choice

 


We all have a choice..
Everything is just a preparation for the next level to see if you are truly ready to grow and elevate in life. It doesn't matter where you are today, it´s all about where you are going. Your attitude, your belief and your ability to take one step closer, is what will determine how far you go. 

Every experience is a test. Everything comes down to decision making, and everyday we are faced with numerous decisions. These decisions will either get you closer to where you want be, or simply keep you where you are. 

Every day is a test to see if you're ready or not. If you really want it or not. Will you give into the temptations or will you keep fighting for what you really want? Even though it takes some sacrifices to get there. Are you up for it or will you go back to old habits, your old paradigme? 

You can decide to use what you look at as a defeat and transform it into fuel to get you to where you want to be. Transform your pain into power, right? It´s your choice. On the other hand, you can let it break you, and accept it. 

The universe has a funny way of testing you to see wether you're ready for what you're asking for, and how bad you really want it. The more challenges you can overcome, the more you will achieve. It´s simply a matter of being aware, and turning the negative into positive. Use whatever is going on in your life and within yourself, and create power from it.

Life is what you make it. You have a choice, and your mind is your most powerful tool. Don't let it go to waste by simply accepting everything as is seems to be. Use whatever it may be to your benefit by taking control over your mind. Truly, the mind is an incredible tool that has been giftet to us in order for us to learn how to make it work for you. Not the other way around. Definitely not against you. 

Anyways, we as human beings are here to grow and expand our awareness as we become a better version of ourselves. The second you learn how to do that, you will notice a change in your environment, which is "the next level". Some people don't make it to the next level. They simply accept where they are today. I encourage you to take a step back, and figure out what would be the necessary steps to take to create a change within yourself and in your life. Have in mind, that when you create a change within yourself, your life will change as well. 

Here are some ways of creating change: 

1) Change your energy, and you will start to attract things that match that energy. If you are stuck, it´s because your energy has been the same for a long time. You create a change in energy, when you do something new. To get something you never had, you have to do something you've never done. 

2) Change your attitude. Changing your attitude from negative to positive will also change your energy. Everything is controlled by the your attitude of mind. Your attitude towards yourself and others, will determine life's attitude towards you. Earl Nightingale said only a thousands of times. 

3) Do personal development. How people like to do this depends on what personal development means to each individuals. I like to write down affirmations and say them out loud a long with my goals. I watch videos from Bob Proctor, and Earl Nightingale (the founder of personal development). You could start listening to audio books or read self help books yourself. This will create a change in mindset, and reprogram your mind from old paradigms, and way thinking. 

 Mindset and attitude is so powerful. If you think you're having a bad day, you will have a bad day. If you think you're having a wonderful day, guess what? You will have a wonderful day. The concept is simple, but practice makes perfect. It´s simply being aware of what controls our lives. Note that we are here to develop ourselves. Imagine you died today, and God told you "this is what you could have become, so why didn't you?".

4) Practice meditation. This will not only give you a peace of mind, a connectedness to yourself and decrease your stress level, it will definitely create a huge impact in your life and change your energy. It´s not certain you'll master meditation your first time, second time or even your third time, but it´s 100% worth it. Here are some of the emotional and physical benefits from it; you'll certainly gain new perspectives, increase your self-awareness, focusing on the present moment (which is indeed all we have), reducing negative emotions, increasing the feeling of gratitude, imagination, creativity, patience, tolerance and improving sleep quality.

 If you are uncertain of how to mediate, let me give you some tips; put on some meditative music or none at all, sit in a position where your legs are crossed and your back is straight. Rest your hands on your knees. Set your intention. Direct your focus on your breath, and follow your breath inn and out. Forget time! Don't let your focus drift away. Your focus should be directed inwards, not outwards! Focusing on your breath, should clear your mind from all your thoughts (this takes practice, be patient and give yourself time. Nothing good comes easy). Suddenly you'll drift away, and when you do, you will be surprised of the wonders you're about to experience. 

5) Spend time in nature. They say humans are ment to spend 80% of their time outside. Spending time in nature share a lot of the same qualities a meditative state provides.  

6) Gratitude is the most important state of mind a person could flow in. Gratitude sends you to the highest vibration a person could flow in, and will attract unpredictable amounts of abundance into your life. 

All of the above will create a change in energy, and is highly recommended by the most successful people ever known. I know all of the above may seems like none sense at first, but if you have a desire for change, happiness, well-being and peace, like it or not, it is necessary to get familiar with these habits. The results will blow your mind, and make you realize how blessed we really are. Life can be wonderful, if you choose to see it that way.

I´m not saying life is all rainbows and sunshine. There will always be challenges and ups and downs, but they are there to teach us a lesson, and make us appreciate all the good that flows into our lives. There would be no light if there was no darkness. There would be no day if there was no night. Everything has an opposite, and you can choose which one to lean your faith towards.
